The Committee and members of the GSDCV mourn the passing of Phil Vincent.
Phil was a past President, an Outstanding Service Award recipient, Branch Manager, club instructor and much more.
Phil made a, terrific contribution to our Club and will be sadly missed. Our thoughts are with Ros and family. RIP Phil.
