COVID GUIDELINES
As mandated by the Victorian and Federal government roadmap, Dogs Victoria will require for all attendees 12yrs + proof of double dose Covid-19 vaccination status or an approved medical exemption in order to attend its events/venues.
• All persons 12+ entering KCC Park will be required to QR Code and show proof of double dose vaccination to the Check-in Marshalls at the gate.
• To assist with the process, please have your phone ready when you arrive at the Gate.
• Please allow extra time for processing at the gate.
• Masks are not required to be worn, unless you cannot safely socially distance.
• It is no longer a requirement that exhibitors tents be placed 1.5m apart.
• Designated COVID-19 Marshalls will be supervising activities on the day. You are asked to accept their advice if offered, to ensure all regulations are followed.
• Please practice good hygiene. Sanitiser will be available on the ground.
CATERING
Take away food, coffee etc., will be available from the Dogs Victoria Food Vans on site on both days.
BEST DRESSED CHRISTMAS TENTCOMPETITION
Don’t forget to join in the Christmas spirit and add some festive decorations to your tent. Judging will take place at lunchtime on Saturday, so make sure you have all the trimmings in place!
PHOTO OPPORTUNITY
Photograph your dog in front of the lovely Christmas backdrop that has been kindly offered to us for all to use for the cost of a Gold Coin donation, as a fundraiser for the GSDCV. Bring your camera and take some great photos of your pooches.
MYSTERY PRIZE
Don’t forget, all Catalogue Numbers for both Obedience and Conformation entries on Saturday will go into the draw for the Mystery Prize. This will be drawn at lunchtime on Saturday.
