NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS of GSDCV
With the interests of our members health and wellbeing in mind, the GSDCV Management Committee have made the following changes to the proceedings for the GSDCV AGM & Presentation evening – March 21, 2020
Award presentations WILL NOT take place after the AGM – awards will given to Branch Managers to present at their Branch
Food WILL NOT be available at the AGM
Advice to all Members:
DO NOT ATTEND if you are unwell
DO NOT ATTEND if you have any reason to believe that you may have been in contact with anyone who may have the COVID-19 Virus
Members who are in “High Risk Categories” are encouraged to make their apologies – however your attendance is your choice.
Please practice sterile behaviours when greeting and being in close proximity to other members
Maintain a responsible distance from one another at all times – Social Distancing
Copies of the Annual Report will be made available for BMs to take back to branches
If there are any changes to this, we will communicate these asap.

***Thanks for your understanding. The night will be strictly the business of the AGM,as required and we complete the required formalities in order to continue to conduct our club business. It will be short and direct. There are no special or club awards to be presented on this night.
