From the 1st July 2017, the following changes will apply.
Breed Survey – animlas presented to the GSDCA Breed Survey Scheme will be given a single ‘Breed Surveyed’ classification. The classifications of Class I and Class II no longer exist. Animals previously surveyed under this criteria will retain their Class I or Class II classification.
Tattoo – For all animals born from July 1st, microchipping will be the only positive form of identification recognised by the GSDCA. The GSDCA Tattoo Scheme no longer exists. Animals with tattoos will remain in the GSDCA database and can be identified by their tattoo.
